You will receive a tracking number when the product has been shipped via email. Please contact us if you don’t receive it within 7 days after you placed the order.
We produce your product when you order. It usually takes 2–5 business days for production time.
We ship products within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Currently, we can’t accommodate returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes. We are a new company and are working on ways to accommodate returns in the future that will be most beneficial for everyone. Please sign up for our newsletter so we can let you know when we’ve updated our returns and exchanges policy.
If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days. We will let you know the next steps and will replace it with a new one if it’s still in stock.
